The market
What contractors in Florida are up against
Florida contractors work in a market that changes with the weather and the insurance rules. Hurricane season brings bursts of roof, water and electrical work, summer heat keeps air conditioning crews busy for most of the year, and insurers ask for roof age, wind mitigation and four-point inspection paperwork before they write a policy. Each of those swings shows up in the lead mix, so budgets, job types and service areas in Google have to move with them.
The state is also not one market. Tallahassee and Crawfordville sit in the Big Bend, Winter Haven is in fast-growing Polk County between Tampa and Orlando, Sarasota is on the Gulf Coast and Melbourne is on the Space Coast. Different storms, different housing stock and different permitting offices mean we plan each area on its own.
Fast Air Repair, an HVAC company in Dunnellon, Florida, went from 171 Local Services Ads calls in 2021 (April to December) to 1,406 calls in 2025 with RTM running the campaign.

What we run
Advanced LSA Max first, then the channels around it
Local Services Ads put a contractor at the top of Google with the Google Verified badge, and the Google Business Profile is where those ads draw reviews and business details from. That is why the profile, the directories and call tracking are part of the package rather than add-ons.
- Advanced LSA Max
Local Services Ads and Performance Max, Google Business Profile management, directory set-up and call tracking with ROAS, run as one system.
Starts at $2,199/month plus ad spend.
- Google Business Profile management
Weekly posts, geo-tagged photos and current business details on the profile Local Services Ads draws reviews and information from.
- Search engine optimization
Service and location pages built to rank for the jobs you want, not just your company name.
- AI search visibility
Answer and generative engine optimization so AI search tools can find and cite your business.
- Content development
Articles and guides that answer the questions homeowners ask before they call.
Questions
Contractor marketing in Florida, answered
- Is Real Time Marketing based in Florida?
- Yes. Real Time Marketing is headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, and Florida is our home market. We have been in business since 2016 and run Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile management, SEO and AI search visibility for home service contractors across the state.
- Which parts of Florida does Real Time Marketing serve?
- We work with contractors statewide, including Sarasota, Crawfordville, Tallahassee, Winter Haven and Melbourne. Each campaign is built around the ZIP codes and counties your crews actually serve, because demand, storms and local rules differ between the Gulf Coast, the Big Bend, Central Florida and the Space Coast.
- How does hurricane season change marketing for Florida contractors?
- It makes demand arrive in bursts, so budgets, hours and service areas have to move quickly. Before the season we build storm pages and profiles; after landfall we expand Local Services Ads only to the areas your crews can reach, because Google states that missed calls may affect responsiveness.
- Do Florida contractors need a license to run Local Services Ads?
- For licensed trades, yes. Florida law requires a person to be certified or registered to engage in the business of contracting, and Google's verification for Local Services Ads checks business details that can include your license. Matching the license name to your business name avoids delays.
- What does Advanced LSA Max include?
- Advanced LSA Max combines four parts: local directory set-up and Google Business Profile optimization, ongoing Google Business Profile management, Local Services Ads plus Performance Max management, and lead call tracking with ROAS attribution. For Florida contractors we plan each part around storm season, insurance-driven demand and the areas you serve.
