Accessibility statement
Last updated: September 24, 2026
In plain language
We build and test this website toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are not claiming the site is perfect. We are telling you the standard we work to, what we actually check, and who to contact when we fall short. If any page is hard for you to use, email [email protected] or call (866) 210-5086 and we will sort it out.
The standard we work toward
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the level referenced by most accessibility regulation in the United States, and it is the target this site is designed and reviewed against. Where this statement says a thing is checked, it means checked on every page of the site, not sampled.
What we check on every page
These are verified automatically against the built site, and a failure blocks the build rather than being noted and forgotten:
- Exactly one main heading per page, with no skipped heading levels.
- Every link and button has a name a screen reader can announce.
- Every form control has a label, and every ARIA reference resolves to a real element.
- A working “skip to main content” link on every page that carries navigation, pointing at a target that exists.
- Every image carries an alt attribute, with decorative images explicitly marked empty.
- Pinch-zoom is never disabled, and page IDs are unique.
What automated checks cannot settle
Colour contrast, the visibility of keyboard focus, whether a particular alt text is a useful description rather than a filename, and whether a page makes sense when read aloud are all judgement calls. We review them by hand, and we would rather hear from you than assume we got them right.
Known limitations
Some of this site’s content and imagery was migrated from the previous version of Real Time Marketing’s website. Where a migrated image arrived without a meaningful description, we have written one; where we could not describe an image honestly, we marked it decorative rather than invent a description. Third-party embeds, such as video players, mapping, and advertising or analytics tools, are not under our direct control, and their accessibility is set by their vendors.
Third-party content
Pages on this site may include content served by other companies. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind where we have a choice, but we cannot guarantee content we do not author. If a third-party element is blocking you, tell us which page it is on and we will find another way to get you what you need.
Tell us about a barrier
This is the part that matters most. If any page, form, or document on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: (866) 210-5086
- Post: 435 12th St W Ste 210, Bradenton, FL, 34205
Please tell us the page address and what happened. We will acknowledge your message, and either fix the problem or give you the information in a format that works for you.
Review cadence
This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes materially, and at least annually. It was last updated on September 24, 2026.
