The rule for this page
We will not tell you what another company's contract says.
Scorpion is a large, well-established marketing company and it works for plenty of businesses. This page is not an argument that they are bad at what they do. It is a description of what is different here, so you can decide which shape of agency fits the business you are running.
Comparison pages usually go wrong in the same place: the competitor column fills up with things nobody checked. So the column below only says what we can point at in Scorpion's own public material, dated. Where we could not verify something, the cell says so and stays empty. You will lose about thirty seconds reading a blank box and save rather more than that not acting on a made-up one.
Side by side
Four things owners ask about when they compare us
| What you are comparing | Real Time Marketing | Scorpion |
|---|---|---|
| Industry focus | Home services, and nothing else. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and the trades around them are the entire business, not one vertical inside it. | Works across many industries. Their own public marketing describes a client base spanning a broad set of sectors. Reviewed 12 August 2026. |
| Contract | Month-to-month. There is no long-term contract to sign and no term you have to wait out to leave. | Not verified We have not verified Scorpion's current contract terms, so we are not going to state them. Ask them directly, and read the agreement you are given before you sign it. |
| Who works your account | A team of 100, working home-services accounts only. The people on your account spend their whole week in the trades you work in. | Not verified We have not verified how Scorpion staffs an individual account, so we are not going to characterise it. It is a fair question to put to them directly. |
| Reporting | Closed-loop to the invoice. Where your field-service software lets us read job and revenue data back, reporting ends at the work that was actually invoiced rather than at a lead count. | Operates its own tracking and reporting platform. Reviewed 12 August 2026. |
Notes on the table above
- Everything in the Scorpion column comes from Scorpion's own public material, reviewed on 12 August 2026. Marketing companies change their terms; check them at the source before you decide anything.
- Two cells are blank because we could not verify them. We would rather publish a gap than a guess, and you should apply the same test to anything either of us tells you about the other.
- There is no price row. We have not verified Scorpion's pricing, and we do not publish a rate card of our own: what a program costs depends on your trade, your market and your capacity, which is what the strategy call is for. A price row here would have been two guesses in a box.
- Scorpion is a trademark of its owner and is named here only to identify the company being compared.
