with them and we will figure out why you didn't pass and then we'll work with you to become eligible. If that's because you need to get more reviews, if there’s a certain part of your insurance that you might need... we're going to let you know and facilitate your compliance.

There are differences between Google Guarantee and regular Google Ads. First, Google Guarantee refers to the top result in the Google local search; you will be on top of everything. There is a vetting process for Google Guarantee as well, where Google's going to do a background check of you and your business, as well as of your employees that are interacting with your customers. Google is also going to look into insurance information. There are only certain services that are available, certain industries. Google Ads, on the other hand, is open to anybody. Anybody can run a Google ad and you can run it within whatever geographic area that you like.

Calls from LSAs can be disputed if they're bad calls or you just don't feel that they are generally relevant to your industry or services, then you can absolutely have your calls disputed.

You don’t need to optimize keywords in Google Guarantee, you only need to specify your industry and service categories. So, if you were providing pipe repair service, it wouldn't be pipe repair keywords; it would only be pipe repair as a category. Now, when somebody does type in keywords that relate to pipe repair. it will pull up a Google-guaranteed ad, but you're not able to determine which keywords you want to come up for. It's more of you select your category and then various keywords that people enter will pull up your category and that's generally how Google Guarantee is going to work.

Google's number one goal is to keep people using their search engine. To keep people on their search engine, they need to show the best search results possible. So, Google invented this process where they're now vetting companies. They are going into their insurance information, making sure that they are legitimate companies. They are looking at reviews, they are looking at a full background check of the employees and technicians that will be coming to your house to make sure that when people go to Google to find a service, it's the best service possible.

You are not able to advertise that you are Google-Guaranteed. You can't use the Google Guarantee badge on your website and your logo, even in emails that you send to people. Google wants that badge to only exist on Google.

We don't guarantee a certain number of calls per month or per week with Google Guarantee. Essentially, we work very hard to make sure that you stay on top.

Well, number one, if you don't have Google My Business reviews, you can't be Google Guaranteed. Number two, the more Google reviews you have, the better opportunity you have to be at the top of the list.

Google Guarantee does not have a hard cost. Essentially, what you're doing is you're going through the application process and you are aligning your online and your physical business to what Google is looking for. As far as the calls, you pay per call, but it varies per industry.
